Discover Conscious Connected Breathwork

A journey home to yourself

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful breathing practice that uses a continuous, connected breath to support your emotional, physical and energetic wellbeing.

Unlike many traditional breathing techniques that focus on controlling the breath, Conscious Connected Breathwork invites you to breathe in a simple circular rhythm, creating space to reconnect with yourself and become more aware of what is present within you.

Every breathwork journey is unique. Some sessions may feel deeply peaceful and restorative, while others may bring emotion, insight, clarity or a renewed sense of connection. There is no right or wrong experience. Your breath simply meets you where you are.

Why Breathwork?

Life naturally brings periods of stress, loss, grief, change and uncertainty.

Sometimes these experiences can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, our bodies and our emotions.

Conscious Connected Breathwork offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect and gently explore what may be held beneath the surface. Many people find it helps them release physical tension, process emotions, quiet a busy mind and cultivate greater clarity, presence and self-awareness.

Each journey is deeply personal, and every experience is different.

What Happens During a Session?

Each session begins with time to arrive, settle into the space and connect with your intention.

You'll then be gently guided into the Conscious Connected Breathwork technique, breathing continuously for around 45 minutes while being fully supported throughout.

Carefully chosen music accompanies the journey, creating a safe and nurturing environment in which to breathe and explore whatever arises.

Following the breathwork, there is time to rest, integrate and simply be.

As a Reiki practitioner, I also weave gentle Reiki throughout each session, offering an additional layer of support to encourage relaxation, balance and deep rest.

What Might I Experience?

Every breathwork journey is unique.

You may experience:

  • Deep relaxation

  • Emotional release

  • Greater clarity and insight

  • Physical sensations such as tingling, warmth or energy moving through the body

  • A sense of calm or inner peace

  • A deeper connection with yourself

  • Joy, gratitude or love

  • A wonderful opportunity simply to rest

There is no expectation to experience any particular outcome. Whatever arises is welcome, and your experience will always be your own.

My Training & Approach

I am a qualified Seven Directions® Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator, having completed over 10 months of professional training, extensive personal practice, supervised case studies and practical assessment.

My training follows the Seven Directions® ethos of safe, ethical and trauma-aware practice, placing great importance on informed consent, client choice and creating a supportive environment where every individual feels respected and empowered.

The Seven Directions® Professional Facilitator Training is accredited by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA)—the international body dedicated to maintaining high standards in professional breathwork training—and is recognised by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).

My intention is never to "fix" you, because I don't believe you are broken.

Instead, I hold a compassionate, nurturing space where your own breath can become your guide. Every session is Reiki-infused and offered with kindness, presence and respect for your individual journey.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any previous experience?

Not at all. Whether this is your first breathwork session or you've practised before, you'll be guided every step of the way.

Will I have to share my experience?

No. Sharing is always optional. Some people enjoy reflecting afterwards, while others prefer quiet integration.

Can I stop at any time?

Absolutely. You are always in control of your own experience and can slow down, pause or return to your natural breath whenever you wish.

What if I become emotional?

Emotion is a natural part of being human. If tears, laughter or other emotions arise, you'll be held with compassion and without judgement. Many people find these moments to be deeply meaningful, while others simply experience a profound sense of rest.

Is touch used during the session?

Sometimes. Gentle, appropriate touch may be offered to support your comfort and wellbeing, but only with your informed consent. You are always free to decline touch, and your preferences will be respected throughout the session.
