Join Charlotte of Let it Go Meditation and Steph of Wild Flow Medicine for a beautiful, nurturing, and soul-enriching gathering held at Jolly Moon Nature Garden, a truly unique and immersive nature retreat. As summer reaches its fullest expression, and the world around us blossoms with life, it is your time to nurture yourself and bloom.

This gathering holds a particularly special energy. Charlotte and Steph met through a series of beautifully aligned moments and quickly recognised a deep connection, shared values and a mutual passion for creating meaningful spaces for others. What began as a chance meeting soon blossomed into friendship and a heartfelt desire to bring their gifts and offerings together.

Summer Soul Reset is the weaving together of two beautiful, divine feminine energies coming together to gently hold and support you as you reset, restore, reconnect and remember yourself.

Held on the beautiful land of Jolly Moon Nature Garden and embraced by Mother Nature, Summer Soul Reset offers a nurturing space to be.

Charlotte will guide you through a heart-opening cacao ceremony, calling in the spirit of Mama Cacao for her wisdom, guidance and gentle medicine, alongside conscious breathwork and a deeply restorative sound journey.

Using her shamanic medicine drum, sacred sound and the fire, Charlotte will guide you on a journey inwards, reconnecting you to your own heartbeat, inner wisdom and authentic self.

Stephanie will share her Heart Voice Activation Workshop, supporting you to reconnect with the truth of your voice through sound and vibration. She will also offer hands-on energy medicine work alongside aura reading and healing, bringing gentle yet profound energetic support throughout the gathering.

Sacred Cacao Ceremony

You will be guided through a sacred cacao ceremony that invites you to connect with the gentle, heart-opening wisdom of this ancient plant medicine and the nurturing spirit of Mama Cacao.

Like the archetype of the Divine Mother, cacao offers a warm embrace, softening the inner critic, opening the heart, and inviting deep compassion, self-love, and a greater love for life and the world around you. It creates a beautiful space to slow down, connect within, and receive whatever your heart is ready to welcome.

Sound Journey

You will be taken on a deeply soothing and heart-centred sound journey, experiencing sounds that resonate with the heart. Beginning with rhythmic percussion, resonating through Aether, followed by crystal singing bowls to open and harmonise the chakras, then the shamanic drum, Zaffia, connecting you deeply to your heartbeat and transporting you into an altered state of consciousness. Finishing on the gongs to clear your energy, restore balance, and ground you.

Resonance Activation Workshop - The Voice of Your Soul
A powerful journey into the heart of the soul voice, awakening the body’s natural resonance through breath, sound, ancient instruments, vibration, and expression. Together, we explore the voice as medicine, unlocking greater confidence, truth, authenticity, and connection to your unique frequency.​

​Sacred Energetics
A deeply intuitive energy medicine experience weaving Reiki, hands-on healing, aura therapy and channelled guidance to support personal and collective healing. This field opens a sacred space for quantum healing, soul remembrance and alignment with your highest timeline.

Charlotte is a qualified Meditation Teacher DIPBSoM with over 4 years of experience. She is a Space Holder, Reiki Attuned Practitioner, Self-Love Empowerment Facilitator, Shamanic Journey Guide, & Cacao Ceremonialist. With a deep, passionate connection to the Shamanic Drum and medicine of the breath, Charlotte guides others through transformative healing. She creates sacred spaces where individuals can rediscover their inner wisdom, embrace self-love, & experience profound emotional & spiritual growth

Stephanie

Stephanie is a Medicine Woman, Reiki Master Teacher, Spinal Flow Practitioner, Ceremonial Bodyworker, Ancestral Therapist, Yoga & Sound Facilitator, and Women’s Embodiment Guide with over 15 years of experience supporting healing, transformation, and remembrance.

​​

At the heart of Stephanie’s work is a deep trust in the body’s innate intelligence, the wisdom of the soul, and the natural flow of life. She believes healing is not something to be fixed or given, but something remembered and awakened from within - the sacred medicine we already carry.

​

We will create an inclusive and supportive space where you can simply be.

​

This gathering is not about fixing or becoming. It is about creating space to rest, receive, reconnect and honour exactly where you are.​​ It's about coming home to YOU.​

Held beneath the sacred oak tree, Olive, and immersed in nature, we will also make use of the newly built platform and stretch tent to provide shade from the sun or shelter from the rain if needed.
